Shipping policy
How and when your Aurum order reaches you. Every order is packed by hand and sent in plain, recyclable packaging.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout with their price and estimated delivery date.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Carrier delays caused by weather or high volume are outside our control.
Free shipping
Orders over a minimum amount may qualify for free standard shipping. Any current threshold is shown in your bag and at checkout.
International orders
We are working on expanding the countries we ship to. If your country is available at checkout, duties, import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Gift orders
Every LUSTER and TOTALITY ships boxed, with no price inside. You can ship a gift directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.
Address changes and lost packages
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order has not yet shipped.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your building office, then contact us so we can help.
